At Kichen, we understand that plans may change. Customers can request order or service cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped/service is initiated.
- Products: Cancellation is allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
- Services (Classes/Software): Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Credit (if applicable): Eligible cancellations will be credit within 5–6 business days as per our credit Policy.
Kichen reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen issues like stock unavailability or technical errors. In such cases, a full credit will be provided.
